CrossFit Class

You’ll be participating in group classes utilizing the CrossFit methodologies outlined below.

  • Diet: lays the molecular foundations for fitness and health.

  • Metabolic Conditioning: builds capacity in each of three metabolic pathways, beginning with aerobic, then lactic acid, and then phosphocreatine pathways.

  • Gymnastics: establishes functional capacity for body control and range of motion.

  • Weightlifting and Throwing: develop the ability to control external objects and produce power.

  • Sport: applies fitness in a competitive atmosphere with more randomized movements and skill mastery.

Hybrid Training

Hybrid Training is for the athlete who wants to follow a general CrossFit Training system with a bit of a 1-on-1 focus.

Your assigned coach will review results and build one limitation progression in either strength, gymnastics, or endurance. Your daily training will be the program built around the CrossFit class. The goal is to build you into a well-rounded beast ready to take on any combinations the life & spot puts in your path.

A custom program designed around your unique goals and needs with regular coaching oversight and feedback.

In partner with Tactic Functional Nutrition all of our clients receive significant improvements in body composition, and skeletal muscle mass, as well as reported improvements in vitality, sleep, and well-being.
